Summer Berry & Whipped Cream Pavlova

Summer is here so why not brighten up your mood with this Summer Berry Pavlova!
Ingredients
- 300ml Fleurieu Milk pouring cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 500g ready-made Pavlova
- 250g punnet strawberries, hulled and halved
- 125g punnet raspberries
- 125g punnet blueberries
- 2 tablespoons edible flowers (optional)
Method
- Place cream and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl, whisking to stiff peaks with electric hand beaters
- Place ready-made pavlova onto a cake stand
- Carefully spoon over whipped cream and top with strawberries, blueberries and edible flowers. Serve immediately
