Summer Berry & Whipped Cream Pavlova

Summer is here so why not brighten up your mood with this Summer Berry Pavlova!

Ingredients

  • 300ml Fleurieu Milk pouring cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 500g ready-made Pavlova
  • 250g punnet strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 125g punnet raspberries
  • 125g punnet blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons edible flowers (optional)

Method

  1. Place cream and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl, whisking to stiff peaks with electric hand beaters
  2. Place ready-made pavlova onto a cake stand
  3. Carefully spoon over whipped cream and top with strawberries, blueberries and edible flowers. Serve immediately
  4. Enjoy!
