What is the Re-Generation Bakeware promotion?
The Drakes Re-Generation promotion is an exciting opportunity for customers to collect FREE Re-Generation Bakeware by earning Stamps on eligible purchases.  There is also a ‘part-pay’ option which allows you to redeem the Bakeware by using fewer Stamps and purchasing the Re-Generation Bakeware at very special offer prices.

How does the Re-Generation Bakeware promotion work?
Simply spend $20 or more in one transaction in a Drakes Supermarket or Barossa Fresh from 22 June 2022 to 13 September 2022 to earn Stamps.  Once you have collected enough Stamps, go into a Drakes Supermarket or Barossa Fresh, select your chosen Re-Generation Bakeware item and present your Stamps to redeem it for free.  Alternatively, you can redeem by the Re-Generation Bakeware using fewer Stamps via the ‘part-pay’ option and purchasing at very special offer prices.
The Re-Generation Bakeware products are also available to purchase at full retail price. There is an additional 2 weeks from 14th September 2022 to 27^th September 2022 to redeem your Stamps for Re-Generation Bakeware products, but only while stocks last; however, you can no longer earn Stamps during this period.

How do I earn Stamps?
You will receive 1 Stamp for every $20 qualifying spend in one transaction at a Drakes Supermarket or Barossa Fresh.  For example, if you spend $60 in one transaction, you will receive 3 Stamps.  The qualifying spend is calculated after applying all savings and discounts and excludes the purchase of select products.  You will also be able to earn BONUS Stamps by purchasing select products each week which will be eligible for an additional Stamp with a minimum $20 spend. The number of Stamps that you have earned with each transaction will be printed on the bottom of your receipt.

When can I earn Stamps?
You will be able to earn Stamps from 22 June 2022 to 13 September 2022, or until stocks last in a Drakes Supermarket or Barossa Fresh.

Can I combine my receipts to qualify for a Stamp?
No, you must spend $20 in a single transaction to qualify for one Stamp.

How can I earn BONUS Stamps?
One BONUS Stamp will be awarded when you spend the qualifying $20 or more in one transaction and purchase one or more products from a participating brand or product range. There is a limit of one Stamp earned, per brand or product range, per transaction.

How will I know which products to buy to receive BONUS Stamps?
All participating products will be advertised in our weekly catalogue, and you will also spot our promotional tags placed beside the participating products in store. A full list of participating brands can also be found www.drakes.com.au

Which products are excluded from earning Stamps?
Exclusions apply on the purchase of Tobacco, gift cards, & commission sales such as phone re-charge, dry cleaning & continuity sales. This promotion is not open to entry for Online Shopping or Uber Eats customers. Other products may also be excluded at Drakes’ discretion during the campaign period

Can I earn Re-Generation Stamps or redeem rewards Online?
No, you will need to go into either Drakes Supermarket or Barossa Fresh to earn or redeem your Stamps.

How can I redeem my Stamps?
The Re-Generation products are available to be redeemed during the redemption period and will be available to redeem in Drakes Supermarket and Barossa Fresh from 22 June 2022 to 27^th September 2022, or while stocks last.
There are three ways to redeem:-

• Redeem for FREE using the required number of Stamps
• ‘Part-Pay’ which requires redeeming with fewer Stamps and purchasing at a special offer price
• Purchasing at full retail price (no Stamps required)

Can I redeem multiple Re-Generation product in one transaction?
Yes, if you have earned enough Stamps to redeem more than one e-Generation Bakeware product, simply hand your completed Saver Card(s) to the cashier to redeem.  We recommend completing one Saver Card for every item redeemed.

If I have left over Stamps after the promotion ends, can I still redeem?
No, once the promotion has finished, you will not be able to redeem any remaining Stamps.

My local store has sold out of the Re-Generation product that I want.  What can I do?
You can contact our Drakes Customer Care and they may be able to assist with locating a store with stock near you. We recommend you redeem the Re-Generation Bakeware products once you’ve collected enough Stamps as this campaign is only available while stocks last.

Are there additional products that can be purchased as part of the Re-Generation Bakeware range?
Yes, the Re-Generation Oven Glove can be purchased for $15.00. Customers are not able to use Stamps to redeem the Oven Glove for free or via the ‘part-pay’ redemption option.

What are the Re-Generation products made of?
The Re-Generation Bakeware range is made with a variety of recycled post-consumer materials i.e plastics, aluminium, and cotton.

 What is Re-Generation and why are some products branded Guzzini and others Berndes?
Re-Generation takes products that are at end-of-life and rebirths them into new premium quality products that are responsibly sourced.  Re-Generation has partnered with Guzzini and Berndes who are well known for their quality products to deliver a great product design that shouldn’t cost the earth.

 Where are the Re-Generation products made?
The Re-Generation Bakeware products are made in Italy except for the Oven Glove which is made in India.

What should I do before I use the Re-Generation Bakeware products?
Before using, please read the product Use & Care information which you can find on the product packaging.  It is important that you read the product information carefully to ensure the products are being used correctly and to avoid damaging the product.

 What are the refund and exchange processes for Re-Generation Bakeware products?
If the product is faulty or broken not because of misuse, a replacement item will be offered.  Before using, please read the product Use & Care information which you can find on the product packaging.  It is important that you read the product information carefully to ensure the products are being used correctly to avoid damaging the product. Once a product has been redeemed, you will not be able to exchange it for another item.

 Are the Re-Generation products dishwasher safe?  How should I clean them?
It is recommended that all Re-Generation products be hand washed immediately after use using mild soap and warm water.  Avoid using any abrasive detergents or metal scourers. Round Bowls, Mixing Bowl and Spatula:  If placing in the dishwasher, do not exceed 55°C.  Place item in the upper basket to keep away from the heat source and open the dishwasher once the cycle has finished.  Grater, Round Baking Tin and Rectangular Roaster: Do not place either of these items in the dishwasher.  Handwash using mild soap and warm water and fully dry immediately after use.

Are the Re-Generation products microwave safe?
The only Re-Generation products that can be placed in the microwave are the 0.8L and 1.8L Round Bowls but only without the lids.  Please ensure when microwaving to heat the food without the lid to avoid the formulation of steam and the possibility of burns.  Always use oven mitts to remove from the microwave.

Why has my Re-Generation product started to stain?
Some foods may stain the product, but this does not compromise the quality or performance of the product.
