Introducing the myDrakes app!

myDrakes is our new App, designed to make shopping at Drakes more rewarding!

  • Earn money for your Community Group with Drakes Community Dollars – no more key tags! You’ll also be able to see how much your Community Group has earnt for the calendar year.
  • Scan & Play for the chance to win myDrakes Rewards – that’s instant money off your shop!

  • Enter Drakes competitions from the app
  • View weekly digital catalogues and find your nearest store.

You can now use the myDrakes app for even more.

  • Receive and redeem coupons for discounts and other great rewards
  • Join the D-Rake club to receive free promotional products and other goodies
  • Receive Push notifications to stay up to date with all things myDrakes

 

** We are aware there are issues with participating fuel outlets accepting the myDrakes fuel voucher via the app.  As an interim fix we have reverted back to paper fuel vouchers while we are working to fix this as a matter of urgency. No digital fuel vouchers will be sent to your phone – please ensure you get your printed paper voucher from our customer service team member. **

 

Troubleshooting:

  • Please ensure you have the latest version of the app – this can be checked via settings and is viewable just under the log out button. The latest version is: Android 2.0.13 and Apple 2.0.12.
  • Receipts and fuel vouchers may take up to half an hour to hit your app.
  • Fuel vouchers can only be redeemed at participating fuel outlets.
  • The myDrakes reward cannot be taken as cash, and must be applied to that transaction immediately.
  • Staff discount – staff need to ensure the number they have registered with on the app is the same mobile that is in Empower (listed as the Business mobile).  It will take 24hrs from registration for the staff discount to apply in the app.
