myDrakes is our app designed to make shopping at Drakes more rewarding!

• Earn money for your Community Group with Drakes Community Dollars – no more key tags! You’ll also be able to see how much your Community Group has earnt for the calendar year.
• Scan & Play for the chance to win myDrakes Rewards – that’s instant money off your shop!
• Automatic entry into competitions with any eligible transaction. Ensure you have all your details filled out so we can notify you, if you win!
• Digital receipts and fuel vouchers*
• Receive and redeem coupons for discounts and other great rewards
• View weekly digital catalogues and find your nearest store.
• Receive Push notifications to stay up to date with all things myDrakes

*Refer to Drakes Fuel Deal for participating fuel outlets. Fuel vouchers not available in QLD, please follow normal redemption process.

 

Troubleshooting:

• Please ensure you have the latest version of the app – this can be checked via settings and is viewable just under the log out button. The latest version is: Android 2.0.64 and Apple 2.0.64.
• Receipts and fuel vouchers may take up to half an hour to hit your app.
• To store your receipt, ensure you scan your QR code from the app during each transaction. If a digital receipt is not stored on your account, you may contact the store of purchase to obtain a paper copy.
• Fuel vouchers can only be redeemed at participating fuel outlets. Fuel vouchers not available in QLD, please follow normal redemption process.
• The myDrakes reward cannot be taken as cash, and must be applied to that transaction immediately.
• You can remove or change your Community Dollars Partner at any time through the Settings option in the app. The “Total Raised” amount displayed on the App is cumulative total raised for that partner during the calendar year by their participation in the Drakes Community Dollars Program.
• Staff discount – staff need to ensure the number they have registered with on the app is the same mobile that is in Empower (listed as the Business mobile).  It will take 24hrs from registration for the staff discount to apply in the app.
