Terms and Conditions of Use:

This Christmas Club Card is issued by Drake Supermarkets Pty. Ltd. ABN 57 109 544 416. Money can be added to this card from 01 January to 30 November (minimum of $5, maximum of $950). Once activated, this card is valid for 3 years from the date of the last deposit and is redeemable for goods to the nominated value at all participating Drakes stores. On December 1st, you will receive an additional 5% Bonus on your card balance. On the 1st of Jan, 5% will be deducted from the remaining balance. Our record of the expiry date is final. The card balance and expiry will appear on your register receipt at the conclusion of your purchase. If your purchase is less than the card balance available, no change will be given, but you may use the card again. If your purchase exceeds the card balance available, you must pay the difference. This card may not be redeemed for cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded and may not be redeemed for goods. Unused balances after expiry date will not be paid or credited and may not be redeemed for goods.

Registered Gift Cards

In the event your card is defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Drakes will re-issue a new card to the same value upon request. The re-issuing of the card is conditional in that that the card must be successfully registered with full details, have an available balance and Drakes can validate by matching registered details with a Drivers Licence or Proof of age card. Upon confirmation the old card will be cancelled, and a new card will be re-issued.
Drakes reserves the right if we are unable to substantiate the owner of the card to not re-issue.
Drakes is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Drakes requires personal information from you in order to conduct the Christmas Club Card Program. If you do not provide the requested personal information, you will not be able to participate in this program. Personal information collected by Drakes as part of this program, will be used for the purpose of conducting the program (e.g. issuing initial cards and any replacement cards, providing updates, responding to enquiries) and for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g. providing you with information via email or phone about our products, services, events and promotions). By entering our Christmas Club program, you consent to receiving direct marketing materials from Drakes. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing materials from Drakes you can ‘opt-out’ at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any marketing emails , or by contacting Drakes on (08) 8415 6100 or emailing Privacy@drakes.com.au.

Drakes will not transfer your personal information overseas, except with your prior consent, or if required to do so by law.
