Preparation

Take a bit of time to learn about Drakes as a company and ensure you have a good understanding of what the position entails. Visit one of our stores to see our current team in action to ensure the job is right for you! Think about any questions we may ask so you can prepare your answers and think of a few questions to ask us too!

Presentation

It is important that you look presentable at your interview, ensure your clothes are clean and appropriate as first impressions count. Maintain eye contact, answer questions confidently and just be yourself! We want to make sure you will make a great addition to our team and the best way to do that is making sure we get to know the real you.

Plan Ahead

Plan your journey to your interview location ahead of time. Try to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time so you can feel prepared and will have time to settle your nerves. The last thing you need is to be rushing to your interview.  Bring along your most current resume and any other accolades you’re proud of, it’s time to show us why you belong in our team.
