The Drakes Perfect Gift Card: Terms & Conditions

1. The Drakes Perfect Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Drakes Supermarkets Pty Ltd ABN 57 109 544 416.
2. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
3. Once activated, the Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise to the nominated value at participating Drakes Supermarkets stores in Australia (see www.drakes.com.au for Card Balance, Terms and Conditions and store locations).
4. The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument. Cash will not be given for any unused amount.
5. A minimum value of $5 and maximum of $1000 can be added to this card at checkout.
6. The Gift Card can be redeemed at any Drakes store by:
   1. Presenting your Gift Card at checkout.
   2. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your Gift Card’s balance.
   3. Make multiple purchases with your Gift Card until the balance reaches zero.
7. The card balance will appear on your register receipt at the conclusion of your purchase.
8. If your purchase is less than the card balance available, no change will be given, but you may use the card again.
9. If your purchase exceeds the card balance available, you must pay the difference.
10. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed for goods.
11. The Gift Card cannot be used online or over the phone.
